	Availabilit-e uses an intelligent data engine to browse for available properties when YOU want them. If the system finds no exact matches to your search criteria, it will display the nearest matches in the system.
	If you're planned holiday is not destination specific - Try a search simply by arrival date to browse all available holidays for that period.
	In the same vein, if you want to find accommodation in a specific location, but are flexible in your departure date - Simply populate the Country and / or Region drop down boxes before hitting, "Find me a property".
	Or why not try a wildcard search by just hitting, "Find me a property"!
	The "Number in party" field will sort properties based upon maximum occupancy of properties as provided by the accommodation owner. However, many accommodation providers using the Availabilit-e system have multiple properties in the same region. You can view (and book!) other properties within the owners portfolio.
